Caroline Wakeman

I have worked with a vast cross section of people in a multitude of nursing and caring environments. I am a great believer in a client centred approach to care and feel it is important that people should be supported in leading an active life whilst maintaining their independence as long as possible. I know it is vital that family and carers are thoroughly involved in the process and that they can feel safe in the knowledge that their loved ones are being cared for with kindness and respect. During my years in nursing, I have become familiar with many medical, physical and mental conditions and this knowledge is so useful in my role.
